How do I make an order?
Please browse the categories and select the item you like. In most cases you will be asked to select the size. Please refer to our size guide for details. Add the item to your shopping cart.
After that you may continue browsing the store to add more items or proceed to check out. To pace an order you will be asked to provide your personal details, such as name, address, email, telephone and other details that may apply to the order. By filling out the form and agreeing to FashionAspire.com ‘Terms of sale and use’ you automatically create your FashionAspire.com account where your personal information will be stored. You can later edit your personal data.
When checking out, you will be asked to provide your PayPal or credit card details to pay for the order. Orders are confirmed once the payment translation is approved. You will receive an order confirmation in your email. A shipment tracking code a few days later which will help you track the status of location of parcel.
Please check your email on daily basis after placing an order.
How does FashionAspire.com deliver the orders?
FashionAspire.com uses reliable courier services such as Fedex, DHL, EMS, and UPS, to deliver all packages.
What are the shipping times?
The courier services deliver the parcels in 5-14 days to most destinations. However, delays may occur in cases when:
- a parcel is stopped in customs in the country of destination
- an incorrect address has been provided by buyer (PO Box addresses, and insufficient address will be rejected by the courier company)
- delays beyond control of FashionAspire or courier company, such as strikes, natural disasters and other Force Majeure events.
-National Holidays in the country of origin or destination
- buyer's destination is located in a very remote region and is difficult to access
FashioAspire does not guarantee exact delivery times but we try our best to match the industry standards and delivery times. Please bear in mind that our items are shipped from central Asia,which may impact the duration of parcel delivery.
I have not received my order, what do I do?
FashionAspire.com will provide you with an order tracking number which will help you track the status of your order. Please visit the courier service’s home page to view the status of your order.

If you believe there is a problem with your order please contact FashionAspire.com and the courier service’s agent in your location immediately.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The courier service will deliver your package to the address provided by you upon check-out at FashionAspire.com. The package is always delivered personally. If no one is available to accept the package when the courier attempts to deliver it, they will likely leave a notice slip or contact you by phone. You can then try to arrange for the delivery to happen on a different date.
You are personally responsible to make sure that someone is available to accept the package in person. Undelivered and unclaimed packages (stored at the courier’s premises for a period exceeding 14 days) will be destroyed. FashionAspire.com will not compensate any unclaimed and undelivered orders to the customers on the grounds that the customer was not reachable, did not contact the courier service, or was unable to arrange the acceptance of the the order.
How can I return/exchange the items?
FashionAspire.com provides exchanges for items with defects. You may also exchange an item for a more suitable size. FashionAspire.com does not exchange or make refunds for goods on any other grounds.
You may exchange an item within 14 days after receiving it. Please contact FashionAspire.com to notify about this problem. For detailed information about the return policy and process please read ‘Terms of sale and use’.
What is your refund policy?
FashionAspire.com does not make any refunds except for damaged items or items with defects . Only product exchanges are accepted. If a product exchange is not possible we will contact you directly to discuss the refund or other exchange alternatives.
Where do you ship?
FashionAspire.com currently ships to most destinations in the world.
How does the sizing work?
Please refer to our sizing guide to find a suitable size for your body.
How do I treat the items?
All items should be handled with great care. We strongly advise to avoid any machine wash and other chemical treatment. Please hand -wash all items separately. For special materials, such as leather, please follow the general treatment instructions. FashionAspire.com will attach any special instructions when necessary.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and volume/weight of the total order. You will receive the total shipping cost and handling fee calculation during check-out.
The item I want is out of stock, can I still get/pre-order it?
If the item you want is out of stock, please contact us and we will let you know if it will become available in the near future.
